In-store Purchase Refund & Exchange Policy
At Frencheye, we do not offer refunds for in-store purchases. However, we are happy to offer an exchange for eligible items, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- The items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in a saleable condition.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all exchanges.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet our return policy requirements.
Certain items may not be eligible for exchange, including those that are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or those marked as non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
Items that have been tailored or altered are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Online Purchase Refund & Exchange Policy
At Frencheye, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your online purchases. For online orders, we are pleased to offer refunds or exchanges for eligible items.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
Return Policy: Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You can return most items within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customercare@frencheye.com. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label.
- Conditions for Return: Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and any accessories. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. The return payment will be partial as delivery charges will be deducted.
- If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please specify this when you contact us about the exchange.
- Sales policy: No refunds on sales or tailored items.
Refund Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Frencheye Customer Care at customercare@frencheye.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Number and return shipping labels.
- Include the Return Number on the return form and send the items back within 14 days of receipt.
- Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, follow the same process as above. Please specify the desired exchange item on the return form. Exchanges are subject to availability, and if the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Return Exceptions
- Sale items and returns outside the specified time frames are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless the items arrive damaged or defective.
- Damaged, altered, soiled or incomplete returns may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
